선감도의 풍경이 된 방치된 빈 건물의 심정을 노래한 뮤직비디오로, 자본주의의 개발 논리에 놓인 섬의 낯선 풍경을 담고 있다. 비디오의 풍경과 립싱크의 어긋남은 이러한 풍경의 불편함과 어색함을 표현한다.

안산과 경기 창작 센터 주변의 섬을 연결 해주는 123 버스. 부동산박스빈선감도123프로젝트는 123 버스를 타고 지나가면서 볼 수 있는 대부도와 선감도의 낯선 풍경에 주목한다. 박스형으로 된 단층 통유리 건물들이, 임대와 부동산 표식을 걸고 텅 빈 채 섬 곳곳에 어색하게 서있는 풍경에 대해 얘기하고자 한다. 섬의 개발과 함께, 토지 개발법 등에 관련하여 섬 여기 저기에, 반짝 거리며 우두커니 서있는 텅빈 건물들은, 대부도 와 선감도에 낯선 풍경이 되면서, 섬의 이야기를 새롭게 만들 어 가고 있습니다. 부동산박스빈선감도123프로젝트는 섬의 이러한 새로운 삐걱거림의 이야기들에 대한 작은 소근거림이다.

Music video with a song of personifying an abandoned empty building in Seongam island near Seoul. It highlights the strange landscapes of the island under capitalization process. Unmatched synchronization between images and sound in the video indicates uncomfortable and awkward scenes in the island.

Location: three empty box buildings with real eastate Agency signs on the route of bus #123 around Gyeonggi Creation Center. Performance : Eunji Cho, Bona Park(Michelangelo Pistoletto Band) Description: art installation and performance in the empty box buildings in Seongam island.
